The Truth(iness) about *$35 Granite Countertops

Does anyone know what this (*) this is?  Correct, it's an asterisk.  It allows a company to say one thing, and mean the other.  The asterisk is what allows the big box stores the legal bait you at the front door and then switch your price at the register. Granite "Starting at $35 *per square foot" means that  it generally starts at $35 when you walk in, and when it's time to pay it has additional charges which generally make your $35 dollar granite, more like $60 a square foot. Additional charges that generally apply to "*$35 granite" are the following: sink cut out - (i.e. - $325 per sink cut out) edge polishing - (i.e. - $1 a linear inch for standard edge) 4" backsplashes [...]

QSC and VBEF – Project Redbot

You may remember that in November of 2014 Quality Stone Concepts in conjunction with the Virginia Beach Education Foundation underwrote a grant at the TGIF Grant Celebration.  It was called Project Redbot and the funding was directed toward 5th graders.  They were tasked to "create a proposal for an autonomous robot which performs a service."  Students had to include a working prototype to share at the RedBot Expo. CALLING ALL REAL ESTATE INVESTORS

Here are two fantastic houses we just assisted one of our best clients with.  Both houses are located on Gee Street in Portsmouth, and Quality Stone Concepts provided Joe M. with all the kitchens and bath (both cabinets and granite).  These houses are priced slightly above $200,000 and have full overlay, plywood kitchen and bath cabinets, granite with under mount bowls and tile back splashes. If you are a real estate investor, and you are not brand new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops in your property, take a look at why your competition is moving houses and you are not. If you are a homeowner who has their house listed and it's not moving either, it might be a time for an upgrade.  REMEMBER KITCHEN [...]

Kitchen and Bath Cabinets Too

Not only are we the best reviewed granite countertop company in Virginia Beach, we can also provide kitchen and bath cabinets as well.  We've recently added Patrick D, to manage our growing cabinet company.  His custom cabinet experience allows us to modify our stock cabinets to give our customer a custom cabinet look, for a stock cabinet price. Check this out:  We took a River Run, Dalton Cocoa cabinet, recessed the toe kick and lit the underside of the cabinets.  We also took a piece of Snow White Quartz and mitered the edge to give it a beefed up 3" thick look.   The semi-recessed vessel bowls and the split face Travertine back splash tiles give this bathroom a contemporary look.
