CALLING ALL REAL ESTATE INVESTORS

Here are two fantastic houses we just assisted one of our best clients with.  Both houses are located on Gee Street in Portsmouth, and Quality Stone Concepts provided Joe M. with all the kitchens and bath (both cabinets and granite).  These houses are priced slightly above $200,000 and have full overlay, plywood kitchen and bath cabinets, granite with under mount bowls and tile back splashes. If you are a real estate investor, and you are not brand new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops in your property, take a look at why your competition is moving houses and you are not. Say Hello to my Little Marble Friend

I recently read in the LA Times that the Montecito mansion used as the backdrop in the memorable film “Scarface” is for sale for $35 million.  This prompted me to look and see what make a property worth $35 million and there......it hit me.  Marble Countertops.  Check out the B ianca Carrara Countertops with the Ogee edge detail and white marble subway tiles.
